Raw candidates represent discovery breadth, not certified install safety.
Source mix
Directory sources such as skills.sh, Smithery, and ClawHub remain discovery seeds until dedupe, source evidence, and SAS-v2.1 checks pass.
Count copy guardrail
Raw candidates, format-valid files, canonical evidence, and audit-visible skills are different stages. Public copy must use audit-visible as the primary SkillTrust count and raw candidates only as discovery capacity.
